Dear Church Family,
You are invited to the First Baptist Church in Beverly’s Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. This will be a hybrid meeting as was the Mid-Year meeting. The in person meeting will be held in the Chapel and please note that childcare will be provided. There will be a “Make your own Sundae” social prior to the meeting.
Those of you who wish to attend remotely can do so via the Zoom meeting link. This gives everyone the opportunity to participate in the manner that is most comfortable and convenient. The meeting is open to all, however, only Members are allowed to vote.
The Agenda, Electronic Annual Report, 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes, the Mid-Year Meeting Minutes, and the Nominations Report are all either provided (or addressed) below. Hard copies of all of these documents will be provided at the in-person meeting.
**Please Note: The Financial Report and the Trustees Report will be omitted from the e-version of the Annual Report that is distributed and on our Website for security purposes. These reports will be displayed at the meeting via Zoom with hard copies provided for those attending in person (as mentioned above) and are available by request to Pat Haight at phaight@fbcbeverly.org.**
