Dear Church Family,
You are invited to the First Baptist Church in Beverly’s Annual Meeting this Sunday, June 12th from 11:45 am to 1:45 pm in the Sanctuary.
This will be a hybrid meeting as was the Mid-Year meeting. All who attend worship in person will gather in the Sanctuary and those who wish to attend remotely can do so via the Zoom meeting link (See link below.) This gives everyone the opportunity to participate in the manner that is most comfortable and convenient. The meeting is open to all, however, only Members are allowed to vote.
The Agenda, Electronic Annual Report and Mid-Year Meeting Minutes, Nominations Report and Social Concerns Fiscal Sponsorship Proposal are all provided in electronic format below. Hard copies of all of these documents will be provided at the in-person meeting.
**Please Note: The Financial Report and the Trustees Report will be omitted from the e-version of the Annual Report that is distributed and on our Website for security purposes. These reports will be displayed at the meeting via Zoom with hard copies provided for those attending in person (as mentioned above) and are available by request to Pat Haight. Additionally, as noted on the Agenda, anyone with questions regarding the Financial Report can email John Thomson directly as he will not be in attendance at the meeting.
