COVID-19 Release Form

***SPECIAL NOTE FOR BOTH GROUPS – We will be using an app called MyMedBot going forward to help check youth and advisors in for each week’s program. This app is FREE for users, but you will need to set up an account after receiving an invitation email from the church/from Julie. PLEASE make sure that Julie has your best email contact for this week so she can get your set up! Email her at jflowers@fbcbeverly.org to make sure she has this information!***

Middle School Fellowship

No In-Person Fellowship This Coming Sunday, November 22nd

Our Middle Schoolers had the opportunity to gather in-person (distanced, outdoors, and with masks, of course!) this past Sunday, and they did so a little closer to home – in the parking lot of FBC Beverly! They had the chance to continue to build their group connections in this unusual year, with different games to try and ways to really learn and remember names – especially because we keep having new friends joining us, which is wonderful! For those middle school families who are not yet on the Middle School Fellowship email list or in the MyMedBot healthcheck database that our youth groups are using, please email Julie at jflowers@fbcbeverly.org to be added! We don’t want to miss anyone!

This coming Sunday, November 22nd, our Middle School group will NOT meet, so that we can give everyone some time and space leading up to whatever each family’s Thanksgiving holiday will look like without bringing all of us into in-person contact – just a little extra precaution we are taking for everyone out of an abundance of caution and because we love you all! Happy Thanksgiving – see you soon!

Senior High Fellowship

Zoom Thanksgiving Dinner on November 22nd

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Our Senior High Fellowship gathered this past Sunday (distanced, outdoors, and with masks!) to do some talking and discussion in the parking lot of the church – in view of the Youth Lounge, at least! This marked our first “Theme Day” (usually we do Theme Nights, but with COVID changes, we are meeting more during daylight hours so far this year!) of this Fellowship season, and it was an opportunity for some deeper connecting and conversation together.

This coming Sunday, November 22nd, our group will meet virtually, on Zoom, for a program designed to take the place – for COVID times – of our annual Fellowship Thanksgiving Dinner program. We are encouraging all youth and advisors to hop on the zoom with whatever your dinner is on Sunday evening – you don’t have to bring a traditional Thanksgiving one! – and we will share our meal, albeit virtually, and share our reasons for gratitude, Thanksgiving, and hope around our virtual table. We hope all our youth can join us – one of the biggest things for which we continue to be thankful is you and our Fellowship family!

The Zoom information to login and grab your seat around the virtual table is below:

Youth Fellowship General Permission Form

**With ANY of our programs, we never want cost to be an obstacle to youth being able to attend. If money is an issue, please just speak to Julie Flowers or any one of the advisors, and we will make sure that youth can attend and expenses are covered. We want all youth who are interested to be able to come and enjoy Fellowship – so please let us know how we can help make that happen!***
