The church family is hereby notified that First Baptist Church in Beverly will be holding its Mid-Year Meeting of the congregation in a REMOTE format, using the Zoom platform, on Sunday, February 7, 2021 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may join the meeting EITHER by clicking on the link included below in this email OR by dialing in using the phone numbers included. Be prepared to enter the Meeting ID and Password included below.
****You are all invited to a “Login and Fellowship Greet Time” at 2:15 p.m. and the meeting will promptly start at 2:30 p.m.****
All members and friends of the church are invited to login or call in and participate in this meeting. Members will have the opportunity to vote on agenda items, presented at this meeting.
The meeting agenda and handouts will be sent out with a reminder for this meeting and for your review prior to the meeting.
The meeting link will open at 2:15 p.m. for folks who would like to hop in and have time to chat. Usually (pre-Covid) at our Mid-Year and Annual Meetings, we would enjoy either a lunch or dessert together before the meetings began – so while we cannot be together (again) for this social time, and it is Super Bowl Sunday, by all means grab a favorite snack or lunch at your house and hop on at 2:15; we’ll enjoy our treats and chat together! The meeting itself will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m..
